Disgusting experience by placing order

At least shoud have called the given no. Order first returned saying door locked, 24/365 someone always home, second time order returned saying delivery not accepted.
It's pathetic on part of co.like pure berry, n delivery system by a reputed co like DTDC.
I think the order is not despatched by the co or DTDC is playing around.Poor followup by Despatch at pure berry. I think the play around is because the order was COD.
